Family Workers (Full Time) Posted 8/4/2008 COMPASS is seeking applicants to do home-based work with youth and their families who have been referred by the Department of Social Services. Openings are available on both the North and South Shores as well as the greater Boston Area. Candidates need to advocate for clients in court, school settings and the general community as well as with various collateral agencies. Great opportunity for entry level position with highly regarded Boston based non-profit organization. Training provided, and bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply. Requirements: A reliable car, flexibility in regard to hours - evening & weekends, rotating limited on-call responsibilities.
